Bosses at soft drinks giant Dr. Pepper have refused to apologise to GUNS N' ROSES for the debacle over their recent giveaway with the rockers' new album CHINESE DEMOCRACY.
Executives refused to believe the band would release their long awaited LP this year (08), and offered to hand out free cans of soda to every U.. S. citizen if the record hit shelves before 2009.
The group released the album last month (Nov08) after a 15-year wait, and company bosses were forced to keep their promise.
Dr. Pepper chiefs set up an internet scheme which encouraged people to register at the brand's website on .....
