SAMUEL L. JACKSON and NEIL La. BUTE fell out on the set of new movie LAKEVIEW TERRACE because the director ignored his star's request for an alternate ending.
The actor plays a racist police officer who will stop at nothing to force out an interracial couple who move in next door to him.
The scripted final scene featured co-star Patrick Wilson's character shooting Jackson's cop - and the Pulp Fiction star thought his ending would be better.
He explains, 'At one point we were talking about instead of me getting killed at the end of the movie; what if I didn't? 'My idea was, .....
