Mackenzie Phillips is progressing well in rehab following her arrest one month ago on drug charges, her sister tells People magazine.
"She's in recovery now, and we're so proud of her," Bijou Phillips told the magazine last night at the Manhattan premiere party of her new film, 'Choke.' "This whole thing is the best thing that's ever happened for her. We?re so happy," she added.
Bijou, 28, tells People the arrest of her 48-year-old sister was really a blessing in disguise. "I'm thankful that this happened and that we were able to do this," "It?s like we have our sister back."...
