LATEST: Actor SHELLEY MALIL has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly stabbed his ex-girlfriend more than 20 times.
Malil remains in custody on $2 million (£1 million) bail and was charged on the counts of attempted murder with special circumstances of premeditation, causing great bodily injury and using a deadly weapon on Tuesday (12. Aug08).
The 40-Year-Old Virgin star reportedly stabbed Kendra Beebe repeatedly at her home in San Diego, California on Sunday (10. Aug08).
The actor fled the scene and was arrested on Monday (11. Aug08) as he caught a train to meet his attorney in Oceanside, California.
Malil is scheduled to be arraigned .....
