Kristy Swanson got her first acting gig at age 9 in a commercial and gave up regular schooling at 13 to focus on acting. Her parents are retired teachers and home-schooled her.
Kristy's debut role was in "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" (1986) in the episode called "The Gloating Place". Well-known feature films include "Hot Shots!" (1991), "Higher Learning" (1995) and "Dude, Where's My Car?" (2000). |

Kristen Noel "Kristy" Swanson (born December 19, 1969 in Mission Viejo, California, U.S.) is an American actress.
In the 1998-1999 season of Early Edition, Swanson played Erica Paget, a love interest of the main character, Gary Hobson.
On May 8, 2007, Swanson played an Anna Nicole Smith-type character who becomes addicted to pills and falls on hard times on the NBC Law and Order: Criminal Intent episode "Bombshell".
Swanson appeared in and won the 2006 FOX television program Skating with Celebrities, partnered with Lloyd Eisler.
Kristy was arrested on June 16, 2007 for an alleged assault on her companion's ex-wife. She was released on bail. |
