Full Sunny Chan Biography
Sunny's father was a factory owner and was burnt down. He died when Sunny was eleven. Sunny once discontinued his schooling and in order to help his mother he did cleaning works to earn money. After his sister went to work, Sunny continued his study. After graduated from Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts, Sunny joined ATV. His first leading role in the movie BRIDE WITH WHITE HAIR 2, caught TVB attention and Sunny was invited to join TVB in 1995. Now his agent is Willie Chan (not TVB) and his girlfriend is To Mann Wei. Before Miss To, his ex-girlfriend was a flight attendant.
To Mann Wei, Sunny's current girlfriend, is a radio presenter with RTHK. She is not only a DJ but a stage player, a composer and a writer for stage play. They said that she met Sunny after SOH shots and did not really get serious with him until after shooting of Flying Fox of Snowy Mountains ended. Sunny loves family life and he even cook food for his girlfriend. To Mann Wei's radio programmes can be heard on every Mondays to Fridays Hong Kong time 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Saturday morning 8am to 10am, you may want to visit her at RTHK to listen to her programmes. Happy listening-in....
