Full Taran Killam Biography
Taran Killam (born April 1, 1982) is an American comic actor. Killam currently stars on the MTV sketch comedy program, Short Circuitz.
Killam was born in Culver City, California and graduated from the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts in 2000. His great-uncle was The Untouchables star Robert Stack. In 1994, aged 12, he made his first film appearance in the Naked Gun 33⅓: The Final Insult. He used to date Amanda Bynes.
In 2001, he had a small role in Max Keeble's Big Move as the bully who took Max's bike. After MADtv, Killam has appeared on TV shows such as Jake in Progress, Still Standing, Boston Public, The Amanda Show, Drake & Josh, Do Over, Roswell and Judging Amy. His recent film credits include roles in Just Married, Big Fat Liar, Anderson's Cross and Stuck in the Suburbs. He was also a member of the band busted before he was an actor.
Taran appeared as a contestant on the episode of The Price is Right which aired on December 7, 2006; the episode was re-aired on July 19, 2007. |
