Full Sylva Koscina Biography
| Sylva Koscina (born August 22, 1933, Zagreb, Kingdom of Yugoslavia - 26 December 1994, Rome), born as Silva Košćina, was a Croatian actress best remembered as Iole, the bride of Hercules (Steve Reeves) in Hercules (1958) and Hercules Unchained (1960). She moved to Italy at a young age and had an extensive film career there. Sylva appeared in Deadlier Than the Male (1966), in which she and Elke Sommer portray sophisticated professional killers dueling with Bulldog Drummond. She also played Danica in the Yugoslav movie, The Battle of Neretva, in 1969. She died in Italy in 1994 of heart ailments. |
