Candie Payne (born 1983) is an English singer-songwriter from Liverpool, signed as a solo artist to Deltasonic. She is the sister of Howie Payne, the frontman of now defunct band The Stands and Sean Payne, the drummer of The Zutons.

Payne sings 60s-inspired pop. Soul singers Minnie Riperton and Roberta Flack are among her influences. "She insists on 'a clean sound', has banned backing vocals and says her pet hate is 'over-singing'."
