Karin Knapp (born June 28, 1987 in ) is a female tennis player from South Tyrol, Italy. She was ranked world number 46 on 30 July 2007.
At the 2007 French Open, her first ever Grand Slam tournament, she reached the third round in the singles event, beating 22nd seed Alona Bondarenko. In the 3rd round she lost to 14th seed Patty Schnyder of Switzerland 6-4, 1-6, 5-7.
At the 2007 US Open, she defeated Chan Yung-jan to reach the second round where she lost to American wildcard Ahsha Rolle.
