Full Liza Huber Biography
Liza Huber (born Liza Victoria Huber on February 22, 1975) is an American actress best known for her role as Gwen Hotchkiss on the daytime soap Passions.

Huber was born in Long Island, New York. She is the daughter of actress Susan Lucci and Austrian businessman Helmut Huber. Huber has a younger brother, Andreas.

Huber attended St. Joseph's School and Garden City High School in Garden City, New York. She was a cheerleader and studied several foreign languages.

Huber's television debut was an uncredited role in Lifetime's 1995 original movie, Ebbie, which starred her mother. She also appeared with her mother in 1993 in a Ford Motor Company advertisement.

In 1999, Huber was announced as a cast member in the new NBC daytime soap Passions. Huber left the show in 2000 when she announced she was quitting acting to return to New York and be near her fiance at the time.

Huber was asked to return to Passions in 2002 after her replacement Natalie Zea chose to depart the role of Gwen when her contract ended. Huber returned to the series; while away, her relationship with her fiance had ended.

Huber starred in and co-produced the play Four Dogs and a Bone at the Harold Clurman Theater in New York City as part of her student acting requirements. She is represented by the Ford Modeling agency.

Huber appeared on the game show Hollywood Squares for a week in October 2003. In 2000 she was named Miss Golden Globe, an honor the Golden Globe Awards show gives each year to the daughter of a celebrity.

Huber married Alexander George Hesterberg III on March 13, 2004. The couple's first child, son Royce Alexander, was born on December 23, 2006, weighing seven pounds ten ounces and measuring 19.5 inches long. The baby was born on his grandmother Susan Lucci's 60th birthday.

Huber's hair is naturally blonde, but it has gotten darker over the years so she gets highlights to brighten it up. She speaks fluent German and Italian, and also speaks French. Huber was a member of Chi Omega sorority.
