Collin Chou Siu-Lun (traditional Chinese: �'兆龍; simplified Chinese: 邹兆龙; pinyin: Zōu Zhàolóng) (born August 11, 1967 in Taiwan), sometimes credited as Ngai Sing, is a Chinese actor and martial artist best known in the United States for his portrayal of Seraph in The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions as well as the Enter the Matrix video game. In Asian cinema, he has worked in several films with Jet Li and Sammo Hung, including the 2006 martial-arts epic, Fearless. He is starring alongside Jet Li and Jackie Chan together for the first time in the upcoming The Forbidden Kingdom in which he will play the Jade Emperor.
