Full Del Synnott Biography

Del Synnott is a British actor, perhaps best known for playing Froderick in Princess of Thieves and DC Alan Carter in Murphy's Law.

Synnott met actress Keira Knightley on the set of the 2001 TV movie Princess of Thieves. The two later appeared together in the short film Deflation and as extras in the larger film Thunderpants. Synnott and Knightley broke up after two years together, in the summer of 2003. According to reports, Synnott then attempted suicide. He has denied these claims, calling them "totally untrue." The two remained friends, and Synnott visited Knightley on the set of Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl.
