Full Beth Horn Biography

Beth was a gymnast since the age of seven. She completed two years at the collegiate level at Ball State University. Weight training has been in her regimen since two knee reconstructions (one in high school and one in college). Shortly after college, Beth's career turned to personal training.

She never had her moment to shine in gymnastics, especially with her injuries. She, however, persisted and worked hard and it paid off. She went from a size 10 to a 4-6 within four months.

She is currently a successful fitness instructor.
