Felicia's family emigrated to the United States when she was a small child and she grew up as a tomboy in California. She is currently studying marketing and business administration as well as pursuing her modelling career.

She was born and raised in Singapore, and later moved to Perth, Australia, where she attended Catholic school for two years. She later moved with her family to Los Angeles, California. She started modeling in college. She has done work in Mac and Bumble (M&B), Playboy TV and Peach DVD. She has also had minor roles in Rush Hour 2, Cradle 2 the Grave, and The Fast and the Furious. |
