Full Angela Saunders Biography
Angela continues her role as Tash Parker in Dream Team.
Angela has been one of TV's most photographed babes in 2002. She appeared in FHM in March, FRONT in April, MAXIM and LOADED in October, OK magazine in October, the Daily Star's STAR MAG 2-8 November, the MAXIM ADVENT CALENDAR (7th December), LOADED 2003 calendar, NEWS OF THE WORLD 2003 calendar and the DAILY STAR SUNDAY 2003 calendar. In addition, Angela appeared in The Sun in January, the Sunday Sport and Daily Star in May, and the Daily Star again on the 23rd September 2002.
She appeared on The Big Breakfast on the 14th December 2001 and SM:TV Live! on the 30th March 2002 promoting Dream Team.
Angela appeared on Sky's Pop Years show at the end of June 2002. Apparently used to be a big Bananarama fan, she loved the song "I Want to Sex You Up" by Colour Me Bad, hated "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred and was fed up after sixteen weeks at number one of "Everything I Do, I Do It For You" by Bryan Adams.
Angela was named runner up in the Daily Star's "Babe of the Year" category in their 2002 Soap Awards.

Additional Angela Saunders Biography
On her return to the UK, she became a full time model and then grid-girl for three years in Formula One . She also had a job on Ant and Dec's children's show, "SMTV Live".
She then got the part in 2002 as Tash Parker on Sky One's "Dream Team" football soap opera. While undertaking the part, ITV1 asked her to audition for the similar "Footballers Wives" - first for the role of Chardonnay, and then a blonde named Cheryl. ITV scrapped the idea because the character was allegedly too much like Sheryl Gascoigne.
Although previously a big Arsenal F.C. fan, in 2003 she married then Birmingham City F.C. footballer Stephen Clemence. The couple have two children, 1st born in February 2005 and 2nd May 2007 |
