Filippo Neviani was born at 2 p.m. on January 6th 1972 in Montegibbio, a small village in the province of Modena and weighed 4 kg and 100 grams. His family is composed of his mother Vittoria, his father Cesar and his older brother (six years older than him) Gaetano.
