Britney Spears has forever changed the image of female solo dance-pop singers. She joined the Mickey Mouse Club at age 11 and remained there for two seasons. Since then she has signed on with Jive Records and released her debut album "Baby One More Time" (1999) to popular fan and critical acclaim. Britney's third album is slated to be released in October 2001.
