"The only new feature on the 'collector's edition' dvd is the remastered picture and sound? the bonus features on the new dvd are already available on the dvd that is out now, excluding the remastered picture, a possibly very short 'intro,' and the i'm sure ultra-exciting photo gallery? i'm sure the 'making of' feature is the same one we have already. The only reason i'm even buying this one is because of the new transfer on the dvd. "This was a great movie that I really enjoyed. Be warned though that there are alot of details given through out the movie that if you aren't***ching carefully you will miss or not understand other parts in the movie. But once I was able to catch all the little details in the movie I could really enjoy it. I think its great how through parts of the movie you are lead to question if the Russians are beating him in the intelligence arena. Then there is the scene where he gives a dollar to the one Russian. But this is more proof that you have to watch the small details and listen carefully to all the lessons that he is taught in the beginning about intelligence and counter-intelligence. Awesome movie that you will definitely want to watch over and over."

"Not a big baseball fan but always preferred the Yankees. This miniseries should be a time capsule for a time that many have only heard or read about. I was a kid in '77 but remember the blackout and Son of Sam and Billy Martin's famous tirade against Reggie Jackson. The inner workings of this team is what's fascinating. It's capture is so true of the time that it feels more like 1977 than I remember. Steinbrenner's portrayal is on point. He certainly hasn't changed his M.O. and at times his over-weening ego was very humorous to watch. All the actors work effortlessly to convincingly portray the real people on the Yankees of '77. That's what makes the series for me - true to life portrayals. Very cool."

"I saw this movie in the theaters when it was out and really enjoyed it. I always like Matt Damon in this type of role and all though Angelina Jolie's was a small role she did it beautifully. Matt Damon always seems to get himself stuck in some kind of conspiracy and has to fight his way out. It is the type of role besides Ocean's Eleven Comedies that he has been born for. I would recommend renting this flick."
