Superman Dean Cain got his start in profession footall at Princeton and dated Brooke Shields for two years while setting NCAA records. After signing with the Buffalo Bills, a knee injury ended his pro career before it began. He went through the usual route of commercial and TV roles ("Beverly Hills, 90210") before landing his breakthrough role on "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" (1993)....

"I've wanted to read Cara Lockwood's novel for a while now but had not gotten the chance. As I was flipping channels last night, I came upon this movie on Lifetime just as it was starting. It was wonderful! It did seem to have a similar plot as J-Lo's The Wedding Planner ... coincidentally, that was ALSO on TV last night at the same time. But having said that, it was a real cute movie, and there was an incredible chemistry between Denise Richards and Dean Cain. Dean Cain is adorable! And I am really surprised Denise Richards is not more visible in the acting world. She really is quite good. I am so glad I came upon this movie on Lifetime last night!"

"I don't think i've ever seen a worse film than this. The acting is bad, the special effects even worse and I can't find the words to descripe how much the script su**s. I don't know wether to cry or to laugh. Stay away from this film!!"
