Aishwarya Rai, nicknamed Aishu or Ash, is a very popular Indian model and actress. She was born in Mumbai and speaks English, Hindi, Kannada and a bit of Tamil.
Aishu's first modelling assignment was in the 9th grade for Camelin Industries. She has since gained fame for her rare blue-green eyes and gone onto work for other companies such as Pamolive, Casio, Pepsi and Philips.
