My Father the Hero

"This is a refreshing, cute, and funny family comedy which triuphs as a true original. Gérard Depardieu is hilarious as the clueless French father of a rebellious 14 year old brat. I never knew he was so good at comedy! Katherine Heigl is excellent in the role of his daughter, but acts and looks like a 17 year old, not a 14 year old, which is why this movie is so funny!"

Love Comes Softly

"This was the most refreshing love story that I have seen in a very long time. I don't know when I have enjoyed a movie as much. I have viewed it 3 times and wait anxiously to see it again with my friend. The story line was just excellent, a woman who lost all her dreams and a man with such a tender heart. No sex, no violence, no cursing, just pure and refreshing. Wow. I thouroughly enjoyed this lovely film."

"I went to see this with the wife and my jaw was hurting from this adult comedy...What makes this even better I will be able to buy it in HD...HD DVD to be exact! Must Buy for me!"

"Knocked Up is absolutely hilairious. If you liked The 40 Year Old Virgin, and Superbad, you'll love this move. An excellent comedy all around. The only bad thing I can say is that this HD DVD release is that like all new releases on HD DVD it is a combo disc. Combo discs have a tendency to not work with some HD DVD players or cause many errors. Make sure you have the latest firmware on your hardware before watching to be safe!"

My Father the Hero

"A cute movie of a young girl coming of age. Unfortunately, director Steve Minor exploits young 14 year old actress Katherine Heigl in several scenes. For instance with a close up of her walking in a thong swimsuit at the pool and later while kissing her crush a shot of the wind blowing katherine's skirt up to reveal the teen in a pair of grey thong panties. Parents be advised."

Knocked Up

"HILARIOUS!! I was itching for this to arrive in the mail!! I saw this twice in the theater and wasn't disappointed with the DVD. I chose the original theater version because it is what I fell in love with and din't want it altered. I'd be curious to see the additional footage though. At first I thought this was going to be another stupid movie, but I was SO wrong!"
