"Omg, i love this movie!!! this is one of my favorite movies and it is packed with funny scenes, catchy songs, and great actors. The story is about three very funny guys, dustin, sweet lou, matt, and eric who want to become pro skateboarders so they set out leaving their homes and job, chili n' such, and go across the country giving their tapes to pro's and going to skating demo's. This is just a funny teen movie, the kind that leave you laughing. My friends and i have named this movie 'our movie' and have each became a character and can truely recite the lines for hours because they get that stuck in youre head and are that funny!! so trust me on this, everyone i know that has seen this loves it and im sure you will too!!!"

"Ok, so Grind is not the movie you want to watch if you're looking for a great award winning flick. The acting's ok, but not the best. The humor is awesome, but not if you're looking for particularly intelligent comedy. All in all, it's a funny movie, if you're simple (such as myself) and get easily amused by nifty skate tricks, this is for you. The guys aren't genius material, nor is it a movie to live by, but if your alternative is not particularly exciting, I'd definately say check out Grind. It's a keeper."

"This movie is no comedy It's really rather sad Young married couple, loser friend And rich, vindictive dad Carl and Molly tie the knot And Dupree's the best man As you can guess, before too long There is a change of plan The happy couple shares their home Because Dupree needs shelter We're talking Owen Wilson here So things go helter-skelter Carl works hard for Molly's dad Who tries to run his life He gives him so much grief and pain There's no time for his wife All things must come to an end But this one takes a while And unless you're into gross-out jokes You'll hardly crack a smile Wilson plays his usual role Dillon's never funny Hudson makes no impact So just rent, and save your money Amanda Richards, October 29, 2006 "
