"steven is the best between those action heroes, because he is a real master of akido owning 7dans and black cross.so that go ahead steven you're the best.just one thing i don't like his last films are horrible.steven don't take part in films lie "against the darckness" they will destroy your reputation"
"steven seagal is the best in the land please do more films and music i have everything u have done in films and music please come to brighton so i can come to see you"
"This movie is worth seeing for five reasons:
1) Emotional storyline. Kill a guy's family, put him in prison, and you've got the making of a high-octane story. Yes, maybe it's not CASABLANCA but it taps into our deepest emotions and desires. Including trying to get your son back.
2) Martial arts. Love the sequence where Steven Seagal is training. Very Eastern. Very authentic.
3) William Sadler as Senator Vernon Trent. Hollywood's most underrated character actor and villain turns in an understated performance. Very smooth and slick.
4) Seagal's romance. Yes, it's cheesy, but I'm a chick. Sue me.
5) The hot tub scene with Sadler. Again, sue me."
"I would say 90% of the whole movie was cleaned and sharpened for HD. Other 10% of random scenes exhibited alot of grain and snow. Still a major improvement over the DVD release that I have viewed multiple times. Only wished they cleaned the whole movie. You won't miss the untreated scenes, extremely grainy. Otherwise, still a great movie in my opinion."
"I am not sure why everyone is ripping this movie apart. In its own class (other Mid to Lower Budget Direct to Video) this movie ranks as one of the best. Seagal's best effort since 'Into the Sun' (after such disasters as 'The Foreigner' and 'Out For A Kill') Seagal fans should be happy. Good action sequences, Bad Dialogue, and lots of violence...What else are people expecting? Snow Falling on Cedars? The fight sequences are actually Seagal instead of some obvious stunt double, and the one-liners are better. Decent action flick."
"saw this about 9 times on tv
loved it more and more every time
shocking powerful action movie
with small bits of humor
like when Mason Storm gets down on his knees to look like he's playing fair with the robbers in the store
and he still kicks their as* regardless even while on his knees
now that's funny and powerful. Lebrock is lusciously pretty and very talented. if you like Seagal see Marked for Death, Exit Wounds. and other great titles. I got this on dvd 2 days ago. it's worth the thrills, laughs and excitement every watch
see this movie
if you like Kelly Lebrock, then see Weird Science. good and interesting movie"
"If air force one deceived you as much as it deceived me, executive decision is the movie for you. Faster, less politically correcti** a little pearl to add to your 'action' dvd collection. And don't be afraid of the mention of the name of steven seagal in the credits ; the real star of the movie is kurt russell. He becomes the new father of the anti-terrorist group after the departure of seagal. Father is not an inadequate word : observe that the group desperately needs a daddy to lead them. In fact, one of the boys curiously spend the whole movie lying in bed and weeping, just like a little baby. A dvd to buy if you're an action movie fan."
"What makes this movie different from all the other over-the-top action films of this genre that has preceded this? Absolutely nothing at all. All visual hyperbole and ridiculous cliched macho heroics from the strictly one-dimensional acting 'talents' of Segal. Appeals only to the brain-dead. Wake up people - you're being rinsed and bleached by those greedy Hollywood Titans. And to think, that a New Zealander was complicit in the making of this piece of asinine drivel."
