Strange Frequency 2

"Erik palladino ('over*there') fans, with a good sense of humor, will enjoy 'disco inferno'. best friends buck (erik palladino) and randy (danny masterson) are die-hard rockers, who crash their car into a pole late one night, after a metallica concert. they seek help from the only place available, a nearby disco nightclub, which appears to be stuck in a time warp from the 70's. the owner of the disco enlists the help of 'hot disco chicks' to try and persuade the rockers to succumb to the dark side, a/k/a disco! perfectly cast, cleverly written, and well acted, 'strange frequency' is worth buying for the 'disco inferno' segment alone."

House on Haunted Hill

"In comparison to the original version this is far better because of the special effects(excellent) and more modernised than the Vincent price original. The plot is basically that Mr price has a party in this house which used to me a mental asylem and is apparently haunted. Mr Price decides to offer people 1 million dollars each if they stay in the house all night and are around in the morning to collect thier reward however the Invitations are mysteriously sent out to the wrong people it begins from there. Saying anymore will spoil this great film which when I wathced it I thought that it would be superb on DVD with dolby 5.1 ! Buy it soon."

"Amid a plethora of hints and clues, this movie still manages to keep some of it's secrets until near the end. Light on the gore, but high on suspense. The acting was mostly good. James Marsters did a wonderfully believable job, drawing us in with his customary uncluttered style. Jolene Blalock tried too hard and seemed a bit out of step with the whole feel of the movie. All in all, a very satisfying bit of sdary creepiness. "

"After missing the films release at the cinema i decided to buy the film anyway as my friends had said that it was very good, and i have to agree with them. I hadnt seen the original so this was a totaly new film to me and i loved it all the way through. The storyline is there, there are plenty of deaths, the special effects are great and the cast certainly earned their pay."

"Another attempt to go cheap fails. Warner was wise to market these two movies together, but then they went and put them on a double-sided disk. I'm returning the third unit I bought later today. All three DVDs were defective on one side (the 1999 version). Same defect in the same place on all three disks. Great quality control, right? Hollywood wants to sell you on DVDs, then Blu-Tooth, HDTV, ad nauseum, but the fact is that DVD sales are dropping because the quality of the DVDs are sinking fast. Like Universal, Warner--the company that brought us Brokeback Superman Returns--is now shipping shoddy DVDs. Everytime I get a bum disk, I buy less DVDs in the ensuing weeks. Get it yet, Hollywood?"

"This movie stars my favorite actor, James Marsters, Spike on Buffy the Vampie Slayer,and also Tony Todd ( Candyman and a Klingon in just about every version of Star Trek) Saw a lengthy preview of this movie at an event with James, Tony, and the Director and Producer. It is a suspenseful movie in the Horror/ Psychological Thriller Genre, and down right creepy. It does contain graphic violent images, and will probably come out with an R rating. It looks to be a great movie, and if you are a fan of James Marsters or Tony Todd, it is a must have. Oh yeah, and James is in his underwear for most of the movie! "
