"This is a delightful movie, one of Robin Williams's best. The concern I have, since the widescreen version has been out of print for some time now and the full screen version was only available as part of a set of comedy movies, none of which I wanted, is this version Widescreen or Full Screen? Neither the photo of the packaging, nor the technical information provided, give any indication of which version this is, and I won't waste my money on the full screen version of any movie that was presented in widescreen in the theaters. "I mean, personally i'm a fan of dmb, and i own all of their their live dvd, and i have to say that this one, is the best amount all the best, if you only have one chance to buy one live concert dvd this time, try this, you won't be disappointed......"
"Upon finding out there were some scenes (20 seconds all together) cut out of this version, I went on a hunt for a complete version, I brought an import (region 2) version to get the whole movie and for everyone whos wondering, there is no real big difference, I actually like this version better, so just warning everyone else not to waste time looking for a complete version because it's definatly not worth it."
"Music and Lyrics was a decent movie. Not incredibly funny or insightful but it has its moments and is definately worth renting on a Saturday night with your girlfriends. Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant have decent chemistry and the plot is kinda different and it has its funny moments. Or course a romance will bloom and of course there will be differing opinions and of course they will kiss in the end.....but isn't that why we go to a movie like this anyways?????"
"Open Season is another in the long line of recent ho-hum animated kid's movies. It is perfectly entertaining, the animation is good, the story is simple. You've seen the story before (or at least it feels like it): Nature versus Man, Personal Growth, the Sensible main character thrown for a twist who picks up a Colorful Sidekick. There are some very good scenes and some quite funny moments, then there are long slow parts. The surprise is Ashton Kutcher's voice work for a Elliot the wacky sidekick which was pretty good. Martin Lawrence displayed gentle insousance as Boog the Bear, however, I couldn't help but long for Eddie Murphy's madness. Overall a pleasant diversion but that's about it."
