Saw III

"I've seen all the Saw movies and this one is much like the first 2, but with more gore and less suspense or mystery. So I would have to say this was the least interesting of the three. But the movie provides closure, I just hope they don't make another-not sure what is left to tell. This was the first Blu Ray disc I watched on my PS3. I also own the Toshiba A1 HD DVD player so I've seen a lot of high def movies. As with most high def movies, the picture was very sharp and saturated in brighter scenes. In darker scenes, the picture was more noisy and looked like regular DVD. But I have seen this on all high def movies so I don't think Saw 3 was a bad transfer. If you liked the first 2, then you'll probably like this one too."

Jason and the Argonauts

"Jason and the Argonauts is a traditional adventure story, enhanced by dazzling special effects, beautiful locations and great characters. The story is pretty much the same as the 1963 version. Jason, rightful King of Ioclis, sails out with a crew of many talents to find the golden fleece for the evil King Pelias so he can take the throne (although this time, he is saving his mother as well). This TV movie outdoes its predecessor in many ways, including more action, a younger and more adventurous Jason, a continuation from where the original ended and a rousing climax. Plus, Pelias is a villain that you'll actually hate. This comes strongly recommended."

Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood

"I caught a sneak of this film last night & really, really enjoyed it. Sandra Bulloch, Maggie Smith (she should get a Best Supporting), Ashley Judd (hello, Oscar?)and Ellen Bursten are particularly wonderful in conveying 'the Southern way.' I think everyone in the audience could take something away at the conclusion of the film. It's poignant, funny, happy, sad...just a wonderful product from Bette Midler's production company!"

Saw III - Unrated

"The first Saw was the beginning of the phenominon and became an instant horror classic. It was slick, clever and very scary. Saw 2 picked up right where Saw 1 left off, extremely clever, scary and again, as in the first installment, blew me away with the ending. Saw 3 IS A MUST SEE if youve seen the first 2. If you havent seen one and two, youve got to see them before getting three to toatly get into the story. Saw three is packed with non stop action, thrills and surprises. Keeping true to the previous two, the games stakes are even higher leading up to another mind blowing ending. "

"I really enjoyed this freaking movie. Interesting twists all through the movie and in some parts it was terrifying. If you liked the first two movies you will love this one. Pretty awesome... go on and buy it and enjoy the gore."
