"This is such great news! The Young Riders is a fantastic show, with the thrills and excitement of the Old West, and a little history thrown in. Gregg Rainwater played my absolute favorite character on the show, but truly the best episodes were the ensemble ones, where each character contributed.
OK, hard to wait until March 21 . . ."
"My favorite horror movie of all time--probably my favorite film period--is this classic Hammer horror film. I like this picture so much because it captures the spirit of Stoker's novel better than any other version. Dracula is portrayed as a ruthless, sexual predator--he is not just a mysterious nobleman ala Lugosi or (even further off the mark) a tragic romantic hero ala Langella, et al. Christopher Lee makes the most out of his six minutes of screentime, and Peter Cushing is great as the heroic Dr. Van Helsing. I also like Michael (Alfred in BATMAN) Gough and the gorgeous Valerie Gaunt. James Bernard's music is terrific, the best ever in a horror picture; and can anything top the wonderful finale? Don't miss HOD!"
"I watch this DVD at least 3 times a week. It's really three two-hour documentaries, but the first two comprise one series and the third is it's own short film. The first disc shows you everything about the voyage of the fateful liner, from it's infancy to it's fateful sinking and the legacy left afterward. The second disc shows a great documentary about Titanic's affect on pop culture. I bet you never knew that the Titanic was featured in a Nazi propoganda film! I consider myself to be quite the Titanic fanatic, and the second disc taught me things I honestly never knew!I HIGHLY recommend this DVD set to anyone interested in learning about the world's most famous ocean liner, and the legacy it's left. After watching this, you won't even be able to remember who James Cameron is!"
"This set is wonderful. I'd forgotten much of the smaller plots that the reruns removed. If you saw the original show you'll be more than pleasently surprised by the clarity and length of each episode. If the only shows you were able to see were the reruns, many of the unanswered questions will be answered. There are dozens of scenes that were not shown during the rebroadcast and they will delight and enlighten both old and new fans alike.
I sincerly hope that seasons two and three will follow soon."
