"At cartoon-length, Mr. Magoo is hilarious. The animated opening sequence is the best part of the movie. But dragging it out over 90 minutes and trying to make it work in live-action? Big mistake. Leslie Nielsen is a little too perky to be a convincing Mr. Magoo, anyway."

Masters of Horror - Family

"It's a campy little movie at best, but I think it does whati**et out to do. George Wendt is brilliant as the creepy villain, and the story is quite amusing with a semi-twist ending that you may or may not see coming. I liked it, especially when put up alongside MofH's 2nd season pile of mediocrity. "
