Fallen Angels

"Here's a great love story that is faster paced and has more action than 'Chung King Express'. This is a great film with some really exciting cinematography and amazing views of night time Hong Kong! A lot of the shots reminded me of another great foreign film, 'El Mariachi', check that one out! If you liked 'Chung King Express', you'll definitely enjoy this movie by the same director. If you enjoyed films like 'Lost In Translation' and 'Oldboy' you should definitely check out this flick it's beautifully original! The DVD includes optional English subtitles and the picture quality is excellent."

"This is truly a great love story. A really wonderful story with great acting that touches the heart. It kept me thinking about it for days after i saw it. And i know have a new appreciation for the brothers four and their version of 'try to remember'. This is a must see movie."

Infernal Affairs 3

"This is a good movie don't get me wrong but it was a real let down. This was not as strong as the first 2 of the trilogy. The one thing we do get to see is the downfall of andy laus charector both mentally and profesionally. The movie shift to much from the past to the present that you start to whish that they stayed in one place for one second so that you can get a grasp of what is going on. This is like the godfather the first 2 are a masterpiece but the 3rd part even though it is good it leaves you dissapointed by the way it turned out in the end. If it was not for the great performances from everyone this would have gotten a three star from me."

"I have just recently became a fan of Hong Kong movies. I picked this one up because I love Leon Lai's movies. This is a tragic love story that involves college sweethearts who go their seperate ways only to meet again almost 20 years later. Although both are married with children, you cannot help but want them to be together. And, as their children put the pieces together, you begin to see them as their own parents. This is a must for those who like classic and sentimental love stories that require a lot of kleenex! You will not be disappointed!"

3 Extremes II

"This is not a sequel to 'three: extremes.' this is the first movie to come out bearing the three name. it's original title is... 'three'. 'three: extremes' is the 2nd movie. so, actually the domestic release 'three extremes ii' is actually the predecessor 'three'. got that? and the general consensus is 'three' is no where near as good as 'three extremes'. and all of these reviews you see here are not for this disc. "
