"America Ferrera (who made people's 100 most beautiful list) is fantastic as Betty. It's a cheesy and fun show. It is just as good as the original novella version my grandma watches. It's not the West Wing or anything, buti** a cute quirky show. "
"I thought this movie was great it was comedy with a twist of sadness and a squeez of romance. That explainde a little of what some kids live through day in and day out. I mostly liked the way it was based on reality. My favorite character was the baby. It was funny that he had such a deep voice. AND that kid in the purple jacket he was the dopest! I don't recomend this movies to kids under 8 due to the some what of a sexual theme involved in the plot."
"Kingpin is a very, very funny movie. Its was the second offering from the Farrelly brothers, and maybe its their funniest (fighting Dumb and Dumber), but alot better than There's something about Mary. Kingpin has a great cast, including Woody Harrelson(one handed bowler), Randy Quid, Vanessa Angel(From tv's Weird Science) amd Bill Murray(playing his funnest role I've seen him in).Kingpin is brilliant, however if you didn't like Dumb and Dumber or found Theres something about Mary offensive you wont like this one. But if you did you'll love it. Buy it on DVD and watch it over and over again."
"Finally! A delightful and funny film interpretation of this excellent and very humorous Musical! Tyne Daly is brilliantly funny and the casting of Jason Alexander to the role of Albert was perfect. Also delightful was Vanessa Williams. It is clear to me that the cast had a lot of fun making this movie and it shows very well in this made for TV Version. Chyna Phillips as Kim?!? Did the casting Director pull names out of a hat? Though she tried her best and her acting was good, I just could not accept her as Kim McAffee. It certainly makes up for that abhorrent film interpretation of 1963. This includes ALL of the music, dialogue and scenes from the musical script. A highly recommended movie, especially if you are planning a HS or Community Theatre production of Bye Bye Birdie."
"They're essentially the same movie, only 'Bebe's Kids' is actually funny. Faizon Love's voice, as Robin Harris, is spot-on (a bit eerie, in fact), and the story is told part cartoony / part naturally. From Bruce Smith, the creator of Disney's 'The Proud Family', it contains a few rap-music numbers ('He Ain't Havin' It' being the best) that threaten to derail the story, but they're brief enough to ignore.
The transfer is typical Paramount non-remastered conversion from film stock, buti** finally in widescreen (I even caught a joke that's missing from the fullscreen tape) and has good sound. You'll need that to catch the mass of infectiously quotable lines aplenty.
'Test tube baby.'"
