" Whoever called this a 'British' gem must be out of their minds. This is low-budget, bad acting, with I think they are supposed to be 'vampires', yeah whatever. I know everybody has to make a living, including the 'actors' in this movie, but unless you have money to GIVE away-don't buy. I'm just being honest!"
"Now this is something new. A romantic/comedy set on a Japanese air base. 'Airbats' does a great job of combining romance with some very funny humor. The characters are all very real and you can't help but root for the couples to get together. The flight scenes kick butt. You can watch this with your girlfriend."
"For some reason all of those stuck up critics didn't like the movie. I, however, loved it. Kevin Corrigan is perfect for his role, his acting is so low key that he makes some of the funniest lines even funnier. 'You pay the rent' 'no' 'yeah, see that could be a problem' The main reason this movie is so great is all the minor characters we meet along the way and there is at least one line you will remember from every scene that will make you laugh whenever u think about it. The best scene in the movie is when Redmond is talking with some drunk guy about the stewardist (?)"
"Pierce Brosnan, plays a rugged mountain man in which a group of bounty men are after. His character wants only to be left alone but continues to find himself in battle with opposition and with his own past. From start to finish this movie will keep you in suspense as the action will take you from one stunning cinematography mountain and country scene to the next. I will not give away the ending, but must say that it was a 'class act' we should all follow."
"this air base is silly, they scream at each other ,watch this if your looking for japan screaming funny humor....umm the extra clip of the actress at the base is wonderful , a girl who did the voice has green stained teeth , did she ever brush them ?"
"It's difficult to tell when you're ordering this video, but there are four episodes of the original Monkees tv show. I had recently seen a made-for-tv movie about the monkees, so my husband surprised me by getting this for me for my birthday. I've thoroughly enjoyed it! If you enjoyed watching the tv show, you'll love it. In between episodes there are modern day interviews with each 'Monkee'."
