The Sorcerer's Apprentice

"This is a nice little film suitable for the entire family. And - with all the current interest in fantasy, etc. - should prove popular with the younger set. For the rest of, there is the pleasure of seeing the great Robert Davi in a truly good film. He plays the wizard, Merlin, both in the flashback footage and in his modern incarnation and is wonderful in both. If you're looking for a nice evening around the tube with the family - this is the film for you."

Wrongfully Accused

"I thought this was one funny movie. Neilson always brings out comedy in the other movies flaws. The main story line is he is accused of murder, and he must go on a hunt to find the real killer. The movie really spoofs the Fugitive, being that he does everything that Ford did, just a bit funnier. In spoofs, there really is no plot, exept the title. For example, Airplane!, Scary Movie, Mafia, Spy Hard etc.. When you see a spoof, you know it took a lot of time and effort to do. There were pretty good effects in the film too. The plot is OK, it is what is right for Leslie Neilson. I hopoe he continues. Do you understand the guy is nearly 80 years old? The stuff he does in his films, well most 60 year olds can not do. "This is a cheezy western where beautiful prostitutes hunt down a cowboy for revenge. It's probably not worth buying on DVD. It's got a small amount of violence and brief nudity, while being mildly entertaining."

Hard to Kill

"saw this about 9 times on tv loved it more and more every time shocking powerful action movie with small bits of humor like when Mason Storm gets down on his knees to look like he's playing fair with the robbers in the store and he still kicks their as* regardless even while on his knees now that's funny and powerful. Lebrock is lusciously pretty and very talented. if you like Seagal see Marked for Death, Exit Wounds. and other great titles. I got this on dvd 2 days ago. it's worth the thrills, laughs and excitement every watch see this movie if you like Kelly Lebrock, then see Weird Science. good and interesting movie"

"Another John Hughe's classic. It falls into the same DVD treatment as 'Sixteen Candles' though. It was released poorly on DVD, and is no longer in production. But hold on, there's rumours that this and 'Breakfast Club' and '16 Candles' will get the DVD treatment they deserve in time for their 20th Anniversary! Weird Science, although silly at times, is a must-have 80's classic with some VERY entertaining scenes. Wait for the next DVD release, please don't pay high amounts for the used early DVD copy!"
