What Women Want

"It was a funny movie up intil the end then it lost it.My husband and I were cracking up all through the movie then about what felt like a half an hour but was more like 10 minutes. This was the point where I said Nope not buying this one. The movie just fell apart. But the CD looks good."

Picket Fences - Season 1

"I missed a few episodes myself due to conflicts, but those I saw rarely failed to provide thoughtful and entertaining television. The first episode I ever saw featured Skerrit, Baker, and the two actors playing his deputies settling in for a nice dinner that turned into a verbal donnybrook that lasted the entire hour. I was completely riveted through it all, and look forward to the day I get to see that episode, and all the others, seen and unseen. Add to this a capable ensemble of actors featuring, amongst others the late Ray Ralston as the acerbic, sharp-tongued judge who more and more became the moral conscience of the series, and you have a serious keeper for your DVD library. "

Down Periscope

"The first time I saw Down Periscope wasn't at the theater, it was a video rental. As I watched the movie, I found myself wrapped up in the plot, the intellectual (as well as the not so intellectual) humor, and the way the cast seemed to meld together. Why did this movie not do well at the theaters? Was it not given the same level of advertising which Sargent Bilko received? I feel that Down Periscope was a better movie. But because Kelsey Grammer is not as big a name comedian as Steve Martin, Down Periscope was simply overlooked. I would love to have this movie on DVD."

"Not only has the brilliantly dysfunctional 'boston legal' made it to dvd, but 'st. Elsewhere' is on its way (before year's end), and...drum roll please...'picket fences' has just been given a february 2007 street date. thankyouthankyouthankyou twentieth century fox home entertainment. 'picket fences' is an outstanding issues-driven drama with its fair share of quirky characters. and it deserves to be on the prescribed viewing list of any american cultural studies program with a 1990s focus."
