"Back Door Slam is currently opening up for Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Has anyone checked them out?? If not, I highly recommend it. They are a young, amazingly talented blues rock trio. The guitarist is phenomenal and the band has received reviews in publications such as Classic Rock Magazine and USA Today. If you were at the show but missed them, check them out on MySpace or at their homepage (which is simply their band name) . If you will be heading to a show in the future, be sure to catch their performance. You will not be disappointed."
"'The Kids are Alright' is everything a rock documentary should be, edging out the Beatle's 'Anthology' and the Rolling Stones 'Gimme Shelter'. The Who in their prime were a devastating band, fueled by Keith Moon's relentless energy. Watching Moon's chronic alcoholism progress from each period is painful to see. This director's cut is superior in every way to the edited VHS version. The bonus DVD has a revealing interview by Roger Daltry that clears up many Who myths.

"This is by far the best skate movie ever.. EVER. I watched this movie so many times as a child I could remember ever part and pick ever mistake in it. I bought this DVD and couldnt be more happy with it. The special features could of had more. I wish they would release the sound track. I also own this on VHS and its been watched so much its warped in some areas. Everytime I watch this movie it takes me back to my early skate days. I mean damn who wasnt doing the downhill.. Check out this movie. GET TO IT"
"This is the one, yes this is the greatest hip-hop movies of thecentury. I despise breakdance and electric boogaloo because of thisbeat street. The true hip-hop is in this movie. Yep, ramo is great sodoes rock steady crew, afrika bambataa and the godly grandmaster mellemel. Ray dawn chong has acted very well. The new rap(dare to callthemselve rap, hip-hop) shud learn from this originals before they cuta peice of... Album. I totally recommended it. Btw what make me upsetabout this movie isthat.......................................... They'd never release itin dvd format. Can someone let me know where i can get the dvdversion?"
"With a 2 year old, coming up with a video that will settle her down for more than 5 minutes is a challenge. This is the only video that she will watch beginning to end, and she loves the songs! She likes dancing to the music, especially Gloria Estefan. The Shawn Colvin, Jimmy Buffet and Kenny Loggins pieces really calm her down. She also laughs a lot at the misshaps during the Rosie O'Donnel part. I highly recommend it for parents (both for your kinds and you)..."
"I was franticly looking for this movie not more than 6 months ago, cannot find it anywhere! . This is a movie that must be seen and owned by anyone who loves hip hop and it's culture. Unlike the other breakdance movies this one is so well made, not only does it include artist that are the foundation of hip hop such and melle mel, afrika bambaataa and tina b to name a few but it outlines the culture, from dj-ing to graffity and showdowns on the dancefloor. The rocksteady crew are pure ledgens and for them to be in this movie is just a major bonus. I am propably preaching to the converted here but if you are into hip hop or just listen to the music, you have got to get this movie, hopefully it will come out on dvd 'cos the music would absolutely ROCK."
