"This is a old movie yet on a blu-ray player it looks like it was made yesterday!!to all movie buffs,start collecting blu-rays!they are the clearest movies up to date!"

The Road Warrior / Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome

"Despite what the Product Details state, both movies are in Full Screen only, what a waste. (Unless you like Full Screen, then you're welcome to it). These movies have a solid audience, why can't Warner Bros. realise this and put out a decent version on DVD? The movies on this disc don't look much better than the ones I taped off television... a decade ago. I would send mine back, but I'd already opened it before I discovered what a ripoof this was. Had the Format been accurately stated, I wouldn't have purchased it in the first place. Very disappointing."

Invisible Man - The Legacy Collection

"The sole purpose of this review is to compare 'The Invisible Man' in this collection to the older DVD release. EXCELLENT. Dramatic improvement - much better contrast and detail. It appears that a different source print was used, and it's much better than that which was used for the older DVD. This is unquestionably worth the upgrade, regardless of all the added benefits. Flowers in the Attic

"...You'll probably be a bit disappointed in the movie. I have to say, the book did indeed have all the makings of a B grade movie, and it sure didn't disappoint there. The movie was riddled with bad acting, and that was quite disappointing. The characters though, did look very similar to what I had pictured when having read the book. The story, however, loses something when translated to the screen, and the movie just was not what I had anticipated. Too bad, really. All in all, if you have nothing better to do, it's not a total waste of time, as the story is still an interesting one, but I wouldn't waste too much money on it."

Big Jake

"This movie was a Wayne family affair. Michael produced, Patrick starred, and Ethan (Wayne's grandson) was featured. This was also his last pairing with Maureen O'Hara and though their scenes were few, they were classic. Richard Boone is excellent as the villian. Look for a lot of familar faces rounding out the cast. Wayne is as comfortable in this role as an old shoe. The action builds to a great shoot out climax. This movie has one of Wayne's best lines too. 'You can call me Jake, you can call me father, you can call me you dirty son of a b.... This movie is worth it for that scene alone."

"Everyone thought he was dead 'Not Hardly'. John Wayne and his dog make a classical Wayne entrance as Jacob McCandles, one of the last indestructible cowboys. When bad people that misjudged their advantage ransom his son, Jake is summoned to do the retrieval. The family reunites to accomplish the task and they must learn to cooperate with each other and in the process becomes a tight family again.Even thought this is pretty much a Wayne formula there are plenty of surprises and lots of action. And my favorite bad guy is my favorite good guy from television Richard Boone."
