"This is sean penn's greatest movie.his prformance was tremondous so young in his career,this movie defined what kind of actor he was going to be.the new bad boy movies with will smith,martin lawrence is an insult to using the same name. sean penn's bad boys is deffinetaly his best wok ever"

War Games

"A pre ferris bueller matthew broderick and a pre st elmo's fire ally sheedy start in this thriller from 1983...and it does not date itself much broderick plays a teen hacker who changes high school grades and hacks into other locations...including a government site, which he assumes is a game site...however the suppose game site is a norad computer who still thinks he is playing the game and that where this movie takes flight with a great start and good best supporting cast (including john wood, barry corbin and dabney coleman), this thriller barely dates itself, especially with news that hackers hack government computers this piece is a modern day classic bennet pomerantz audioworld "

"Am I the only one that wanted to kill Greta? And all the characters in fact. As an artist lesbian and new yorker I find myself wondering who the people in this movie are trying to portray, and I think that maybe its the small upper elitist section of heroin addicts that supposedly live in the artsy parts of the village. I was bored and sorry I spent three dollars renting it. I was also amazed at how unerotic and in fact emaciated the main characters all appeared. If you are in fact an anorexic intellectual heroin addict then I highly reccomend this film to you my friend!"

The Breakfast Club

"Unfortunately for Universal, they chose the wrong people to transfer this title. The sudio has had absolutely no remixing, and even though there is a Dolby Digital 5.1 audio track, all of the audio is mixed onto the center channel. There isn't even Stereo, the audio is all center channel mono! On top of that, the audio is muffled, the music sounds like it's being sent through a circa 1965 radio. That having been said, the picture quality is fairly good. I would classify it as somewhere between DVD upconversion, and a true HD film transfer. Overall, this may be the first HD DVD that I have seen that should not actually be classified as HD. With such a poor mono audio track, I would suggest skipping this HD DVD."
