The Magic School Bus: Catches a Wave

"This is a great DVD. The episode on erosion (Rocks and Rolls) and the power of water is one of our MSB favorites. The water cycle one (Wet All Over?) is also very good, although maybe not so much for the particularly young (my littlest one lost interest in this one at 3yrs old). The field trip to the bottom of the lake was ok, but we wouldn't list it among the best. I was hoping for an exploration of a coral reef, but apparently I'll have to wait a little longer!"

The Magic School Bus - Space Adventures

"We love the Lost in Space Episode, the other two don't hold the kids attention quite as well (they're smaller than the target age, only 3&4,but usually do very well with these). I'm hoping they'll grow into them, since both episodes are pretty good. Although is isn't our favorite of the MSB DVDs, it was money well spent. No problems with the sound or video quality."

Magic School Bus - Bugs, Bugs, Bugs

"My daughter, who is 5 yrs old and now wants to be an entomologist, loves this dvd! in a beehive taught her how the bees communicate and how honey is made. in gets ants in its pants she found out about the life and work of an ant colony. and in her favorite, butterfly and the bog beast, she learned about camouflage for survival. The best part is that they put these three all on a dvd. The one complaint i have is that the episodes are not listed on amazon in the description so i also ordered the vhs butterfly (its the same as on the dvd)."

"Beware of this DVD: there are NO trailers, NO director's commentary, NO widescreen, NO behind the scenes footage AND NO other extra's whatsoever! Shouldn't you think the best film of all times would deserve better than that on DVD? Makers, be ashamed of yourselves."

"Beware - these are NOT new episodes, just new to DVD. The shows included are 'For Lunch', 'Inside Ralphie', and 'Flexes Its Muscles'. The episodes are excellent, as ever. And you can select English, French, or Spanish."
