"Essentially a remake of the film 'Jesse James', this version has a fine cast. Robert Wagner and Jeffrey Hunter portray Jesse and Frank. In comparision, it is hard to fill the shoes of Tyrone Power and Henry Fonda, but the leads do well. Supporting cast Includes Hope Lang , Agnes Moorehead and Alan Hale. Look for John Carradine who was in the original. A good turn by Nicholas Ray make this a good bet to see. "
"Whilst i do like jessica and nick, (i was a fan of jessica since 'i'm gonna love you forever' and i always liked 98degrees), this is embarrasing.
on newlyweds, i think she's actually funny. i love the show and i don't see the negatives that people talk about. this however was different. i can't beleive they need the money, so jessica and nick - don't do this again. i couldn't believe they did such stupid rubbish and kept a straight face. it's fine to do songs along with other famous singers, but don't sing with a car, and don't do pole-vaulting across the stage and then act high at other times.
yes there are some good moments in this, but overall,? i was cringing considerably."
"No Heidi, Elsa, or Yamila in this edition. Aside from Molly Sims and Daniela it is comprized entirely of new faces, who for the most part do nothing for me. The quality of the footage is as good as it gets and if you're looking for some thing new and fresh, then this product may entirely be your forte."
"This film was for the most part rediculous--inane plot and no character progression----but, what does one expect when one has the actresses that are present here..."
"I can see Jessica doing something this lame, but Nick? He's usually the level headed one who can tell when something is just lame. But you see him up there dancing along with the choreography like a puppeti** kinda sad. The Nightrider thing was embarrassing, and Jessica is a horrible actor.
The weirdest thing was when she sang with Jewel. She's a good singer, but looks absolutely ridiculous doing it. You can actually see Jewel trying not to laugh. The rest of the show was just bad jokes. Like the baseball skit where Jessica hit someone in the audience (supposedly), that was the punchline? Seriously?
Kinda ruins the Newlyweds series for me."
"According to imdb technical specifications, this film was shot at aspect ratio 2.35:1 which is widescreen - if imdb is correct, why is 20th century fox pan&scanning it into full screen academy aspect ratio 1.33:1?
maybe the full screen description is incorrect but i think i'll wait to see what other reviewers say before i purchase.
i, too, am a nicholas ray fan."
