"I won tickets to see this movie a week early and saw it Monday. I can't tell you how disappointed I was. They tell you never look a gift horse in the mouth, but give me a break! This has to be one of the lamest movies I have ever seen. There is no logic to any of the story, the acting is subpar, the effects include a lot of fake-watery blood and some fake heads. If by writing this review I can stop at least one person from giving this movie even one cent, then I'll feel better. Do NOT see this movie."
"What in the world took so long releasing Moving?! It doesn't matter now since the time has finally come. I know that this film will and should fly off the shelves. For those of you who have yet to see it, you will not be disappointed. For you who have seen it, just remember the kung fu scene. "
"..I asked the woman manager if she could specialy order it for me. (I already knew it was'nt being produced on DVD in the United States). Before the manager could answer me some guy who worked there popped up and said they were re-releasing it in May. He said the were adding a ton of deleted footage and that the DVD was definitely being produced on DVD! (He also said it was going to be a 2-Disc Criterion Collection, whether thats true or not, only time will tell)."
"I have been waiting for 'Moving' to come out on DVD for a long time. It is by far, one of the funniest comedies ever made. With Pryor, Dana Carvey and Randy Quaid you can't go wrong. Plus, you get a bonus movie of 'Greased Lighting.' What more could you asked for.

"No use reviewing the film because everyone has already done that. Needless to say it's great and extremely well written. This is a far more polished piece of work than Meyer's other well-known films (i.e. not as 'trashy').Well, earlier today (September 27th, 2004) on 'Ebert & Roper At The Movies', Roger Ebert spoke about the death of his friend Russ Meyer... Ebert revealed that he has recorded a commentary for the film and it seems Criterion will be releasing it on DVD sometime next year (2005).Skip the VHS and wait for the pot-o-gold with a commentary by the actual writer! This truly will be my happening and it freaks me out, man!"
"Pam Grier is Coffy, an inner-city nurse whose younger sister's life has been destroyed by illicit drugs, and who is now out to avenge her by killing the drug dealers. Her method is to lure the dope pushers by offering them her sexual favors, and then blasting them with a sawed-off shotgun! And what man can resist such a statuesque beauty? Many a dope pusher meets his Maker after making it with Coffy. Pam Grier has some outstanding nude scenes in this movie, and that alone makes this DVD worth the price, but director Jack Hill's commentary is an interesting bonus. This DVD is a must-have for every Pam Grier fan!"
